A multi-purpose five storey building redefines the town grid and rises up to 12 storeys on the south east corner as a sculptural form. This overlapping iconic form marks both the entrance into the historic centre of Kristiansand and to Filadelfia's church.
The building will hold many functions which in its totality will be a place open for all ages. The functions will include; conference centre for 2000 persons, restaurants, shops, cultural activities, youth centre, offices, restitution home, hospital, day centre, apartments and a chapel.
At street level the building will be transparent and open to allow the public to meander through the building. At first floor level a raised sculpture garden will be open to all.
